Can you add AI to the business I already run?
Yes, that is most of our work. We look at how your business runs, pick the tasks that eat time, and build automations and AI assistants connected to the tools you already use: WhatsApp, email, your CRM, spreadsheets and internal systems. A person on your team approves anything a customer sees, or it replies only from answers your team approved.
Is there software that answers my customers automatically?
Yes. An AI receptionist answers WhatsApp messages, and calls if you want, from answers your team has approved. It books appointments and hands anything unusual to a person. Setup starts from ₹50,000, then from ₹30,000 a month.
How much does AI automation cost?
Setup starts from ₹50,000, then from ₹30,000 a month to run and improve it. WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta; in India a reminder or order update (a utility message) costs ₹0.115 under Meta's rate card effective 1 October 2026 (developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/pricing).
I only need a website. Do you do that?
Yes. We build business websites and online stores, and we build them to be found on Google and to bring enquiries to your WhatsApp or email. Websites are quoted after a 30-minute call.
How much does it cost to build an app?
A first app (MVP) with us starts from ₹5 lakh and usually takes 8–12 weeks. It starts with a two-week sprint (from ₹50,000) that ends in a written scope and a fixed quote, and the sprint fee is credited to the build. Our app cost guide explains why quotes in India range from ₹3 lakh to ₹28 lakh.
Why do you charge for the first sprint?
A real scope takes real work: interviews, a prototype and an architecture. Charging for it keeps quotes honest and lets us give every serious client our full attention. The fee is credited if you build with us.
How long has MarketRun been building?
Since January 2023. We started by building our own products and now build for business owners, founders and companies too.
Who owns the code?
You do. On full payment the code, designs and documentation transfer to you, and we can sign an NDA before our first call.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work in English and schedule calls in your time zone. Prices are published in rupees; write to us about invoicing in your currency.
Who is not a good fit?
Projects without a budget yet, equity-only offers, and requests to clone an app without a defined problem. For those, our guides and cost estimator are a better first step.
