Can one project combine several of these?
Yes. A typical build is an app or web product with an agent or WhatsApp automation inside it. The two-week sprint maps which parts you need and prices them together.
What if I do not know what I need yet?
Send us the task that takes the most time, on WhatsApp or the quote form. We reply with the next step, usually a 30-minute call. For qualified projects (budget ₹50,000 or more, with a decision-maker on the call) we also offer a free written AI audit.
Do you build things you would advise against?
No. If a ready-made tool or waiting is the better answer, we say so in writing.
How is AI used in a business?
In small and mid-size businesses, mostly for repeated work: answering common customer questions, following up on leads, booking and reminding, reading documents and pulling out details, and preparing daily reports. It works best when a person approves anything a customer will see.
Which AI is good for business?
The one that does one specific job reliably. We use Claude, OpenAI or open models depending on the task, the cost and where your data must stay. The model matters less than the approved answers, the testing and the hand-off to a person around it.
Can I use ChatGPT for my business?
Yes, for writing, summarising and answering your own questions. Build something when the AI has to answer your customers from approved answers, act inside your WhatsApp, CRM or billing, or keep your data out of a public chatbot.
