Terms & cancellation

These terms cover your use of the MarketRun website. Work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed before work starts.
Using this website
The content here is general information about our services, products and starting prices. You may read and share it. You may not copy it to pass off as your own, scrape it at scale or use it to harm the site or others.
Prices and estimates
Prices shown are starting points and exclude taxes. The cost estimator shows where a price starts, not a quote. Websites, automation and AI receptionists are quoted in writing after a 30-minute call; app and software builds get a fixed quote after a validation sprint. Only the written agreement binds either side.
The free AI audit
The audit (a 30-minute call and a written report) is free for qualified projects at our discretion. You keep the report whether or not you work with us.
Engagements
Every engagement starts with a written agreement covering scope, fees, timeline, confidentiality and ownership. Unless that agreement says otherwise, the code, designs and documentation we create for you transfer to you on full payment. We can sign an NDA before our first call.
Cancellation and refunds
Terms for changing, pausing or cancelling work, and for refunds, are set out in each agreement. If you build with us after a validation sprint, the sprint fee is credited to the build.
Our products
Products described as in build or early access may change or be withdrawn. Their status labels on this site show where they stand.
Intellectual property
The MarketRun name, logo and website content belong to MarketRun. Other names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
Limits of liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on general information on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
