What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type or choose:

• Your name.
• Your WhatsApp number or email (at least one), and your company or website if you add it.
• What you want to fix or build, in your own words.
• Four quick choices: what you need help with, your rough budget, when you want to start and your role.
• Your consent to be contacted.

What we collect automatically

Like any web server, ours keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use them to keep the site secure and to limit abuse, for example to stop one visitor submitting the form many times.

Our fonts and images are served from our own site, and we use no advertising or social-media pixels.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are read and how people arrive. It sets cookies in your browser and shares usage data with Google, acting as our service provider.

Analytics only runs if you accept it. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline; until you accept, the analytics cookies are not set. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the choice back. We do not use analytics to identify you personally or for advertising.

How we use your details

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
• To prepare the free AI audit if you are a fit.
• To keep a record of the conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself.

Automatic scoring of enquiries

We automatically score each enquiry from your answers (budget, timeline, role, how clearly you describe the problem and how well it matches what we do). The score decides which reply you see on screen and how quickly a person follows up. It does not decide anything else about you. If you think it got your enquiry wrong, write to us and a person will read it.

Who sees your details

Your enquiry is seen by the people at MarketRun who respond to it. We use service providers to run our systems, such as hosting, email, our own lead inbox and WhatsApp (operated by Meta) if you contact us there or give us your WhatsApp number. They process your details only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep them

We keep enquiry details while we are talking to you and while they are useful to follow up. We review stored enquiries at least once a year and delete those that did not lead to a project. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted or withdraw your consent. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children.
