How we built our own products.
These are the tools we built for our own daily work, and they are the work we can show in full. Each story covers the problem, the choices we made, the tools we used and what we measured, including what is still in build.
WhatsApp Gateway
A shared WhatsApp inbox on the official Cloud API
We needed one WhatsApp number our team could share and our own software could send through, without unofficial tools that put the number at risk.

- 01Built it on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, with each business's data kept separate at the database level.
- 02Checked the signature on every incoming message from Meta, and stored credentials encrypted.
- 03Put sending on a queue, so one slow call never holds up the inbox.
- 04Built a web inbox and an Android app on the same API.

Vendor Price Speaker
A Telugu voice price list for street vendors
Vegetable vendors change prices every morning and answer the same question all day. Most would rather speak than type, and many prefer Telugu.

- 01Picked Indian-language speech models for Telugu, for both listening and speaking.
- 02Used a language model to turn a spoken phrase into item, price and unit.
- 03Recorded common prompts in advance, so answers start at once.
- 04Measured every step instead of guessing where the time went.
Where it stands
Android app built. In our server-side tests a spoken price answer took 0.3 to 1.3 seconds (the first call per language is slower); updating prices by voice took about 5 seconds, most of it the parsing step. Field testing on phones is next.

Forms App
A form builder where every response is a lead
Small businesses collect enquiries through forms and WhatsApp, then lose track of who followed up.

- 01Designed for the phone first: forms are built and leads are worked from an Android app.
- 02Made every response a lead with a status (new, contacted, qualified, closed), notes and an owner.
- 03Kept the public form small so it opens fast from a WhatsApp link.
